Authorized agents (California): You may designate an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Financial incentives: We do not offer programs that provide price or service differences in exchange for personal information.

10) California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) Notice

We do not use “session replay” software that records the content of your communications with the Site without providing notice/consent, and we do not record phone calls or chats without appropriate notice/consent.
